You know that the whole thing is rigged when you see a headline like this:

Maybank wins banking services award

The people who voted must have hit their head rather hard. Customer service is not a Maybank culture as far as me and every other Malaysian is concerned. A slow day at the office and a headline like that pops up certainly brings a smile on my face.
